I have a enclosed trailer what is EZ Grease drum and hub - VS - REG drum and hub assembly ? Mine has grease fitting in the end of the axle spindle . I have a 7x12 with 3500 lbs axles 5x4 1/2

Thanks for your question, Gordon!
Instead of explaining the difference between the two, I included two pictures below. The first one is the EZ grease cap and the second one is the standard grease cap. The EZ grease cap will have a rubber plug that you can remove to be able to get to the zerk fitting that you have on your spindle.
Since you have a 3.5k axle, you would want to use EZ grease caps part # RG04-040. The standard caps for the 3.5k are part # RG04-020. You don't have to use the EZ grease caps if you don't want to, you just wont have easy access to the zerk fitting on your spindle.
Are you needing just replacement caps or are you needing a whole new hub as well?

so are the drums and brakes for ez lube and standard all use the same except for the caps???
