I checked with Curt and the Curt Hitch part # C13200 that you referenced is confirmed to fit all model 2014 Toyota Highlanders so yes, it will fit your LE Plus model.
To complete your towing setup you may also be interested in the Curt Hitch Pin and Clip part # C21500, Ball Mount part # AMSC2, 2 inch ball part # 63845, 1-7/8 inch ball part # 19260, and Tow Ready Trailer Wiring part # 118449.
