Global Link RV Entry Door Locking Latch Will Not Lock With Key Pad

Question:

I have a 2020starcraft super lite i bought a digital door lock and it unlocks but wont lock i have to use toe key to lock it i need help

Hello Chris, thanks for reaching out. It sounds like you might have deactivated the electronic lock. If you use the physical key to unlock the Global Link Ultra E Pro Electronic Lock, # 295-000183 instead of the keypad, you will not be required to enter the keycode to open the door until you once again make change to lock setting. Try resetting the lock code and see if that resolves the issue. Here are the steps:

1. Press and hold the 9-0 key for 3 seconds until the lock beeps twice.
2. Enter the factory default code or the current user code. Two beeps indicate a correct code.
3. Enter the new code. Three varied beeps indicate a new code was entered.
4. Enter the new code again to confirm. Three varied beeps indicate success.
