Hey Mike, thanks for reaching out. Yes, we do! The SoftStartRV Soft Start # SSR54FR can be used with yourTruma Aventa 13,500 BTU air conditioner. Truma actually partnered with SoftStartRV and now offers Aventa units with SoftStartRV technology pre-installed from the factory, so compatibility is already established.

Just know going in, the Truma units are a little different animal than your typical Dometic or Coleman. The wiring is tighter and not always color-coded the way you’d expect, so you’ll want to follow the diagram for the Aventa specifically and take your time getting into the control box. Once it’s wired in right, though, it does exactly what you want, cuts that startup spike way down and makes the unit a lot easier to run off limited power.
