Is this waterproof? And would it work on a full size truck with a shell rather than an SUV?

The Napier Sportz SUV Tent - 5 Person - 9' x 9' - Blue and Gray # NA49FR includes a rainfly and seam-sealed floor, so it is weatherproof and will keep the rain out. Waterproof typically means it can be submerged and will keep all the water out, but I don't think I would try to use this with a submarine. : P
What truck and camper shell are you looking to pair this with? Napier says it can be used with full size trucks, but I want to make sure before telling you it will. Would hate to give you wrong information.
