Hello - I have an R-Pod RP-203, which has a dry weight 4,584 lbs. Will there be any issues using the Trailer Valet 5X?

Hey Vincent, the Trailer Valet 5X Swivel Jack and Trailer Mover # STC-V211 has a 5,000 lb total trailer weight capacity so as long as when your trailer is loaded and you need to move it doesn't weigh more than that you'd be fine. Do you know about how much your trailer weighs?

Thanks for the quick reply Jameson - the dry weight is 4,584 lbs. with a gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR) of 6,084 lbs, so if the trailer has any equipment or water in the tank, it could get close to 5,000 lbs.

@Vincent Sounds like it would be pretty close but maybe still under 5k?

@JamesonC yes, so I'm debating if the XL would be a better fit, but might be more than I need. I do like the mounting bracket vs the ball attachment of the XL. I recall seeing a mounting bracket version of the XL a while back, but can't find it anymore, so was that model discontinued?

@Vincent There was a bracket version of the XL but it was discontinued and all we have are ball options like the part # TVXL2 which fits a 2 inch ball.
