Yes, you will Jeff. The Pacbrake Alpha HD Air Bag Suspension Kit item # PB75ZV attaches directly to the bump stop mounting bracket when installed on your 2022 Ram 1500. The air springs will sit directly below them and contact with your axle on the other end. There's no where to mount the air bags if you don't remove the rear bump stops.
I recommend adding the Firestone Air Command item # F2610 to your truck. This onboard compressor will allow you to adjust the PSI in your air bags from your phone.
