Question:
I have a trailer that is OVER 80inch wide, and I am having trouble with the tail lights that are rusty and corroded. I want to replace them with LED tail lights. My trailer is longer than 25 feet, as well I have 1 side marker per side on my trailer. Do you have kits that I can plug and play to this or do you have a kit to rewire the entire trailer including my 7 pin plug that recently was dragged for 3 hours on the highway? Also I have upright guide on posts from Smith that I just installed prior to my previous trip that are LED and will need to tie into the new light setup. At this time I have surge brakes on the trailer, with disc brakes on BOTH axles.

Although there isn't a specific kit available that addresses all your needs, you can use a light kit designed for an over 80 inch trailer like # TL16RK and modify it so it will work. You'd need some extra wire, # 16-3B-1, an ID light bar for the middle of the rear beam that would tie into the running light circuit, part # MCL70RB, a molded trailer connector, part # H20046 and a junction box, part # 38656.
The install would be pretty straightforward. The molded connector would run to the junction box, and the lighting circuits would continue from there. Keep in mind that the molded connector uses a different color code than what's usually found on trailer wiring. The product page shows the function of each wire color.
I've linked you to a video showing the junction box being installed, and I've also linked you to a trailer wiring help page that you should find helpful.
