How Far Apart Do the Spring Hangers Have to Be for the MORryde X-Factor Crossmember To Fit?

Question:

I am looking at the moryde x-factor cross member for standard spring hangers. I have a 5200 lb axle and my spring seat centers are 57inch apart. Will this cross member fit?

Hey Blaine. The MORryde X-Factor Crossmember for Standard Frame Hangers item # MR33WR attach to frame hangers that are spaced between 61" - 79-1/2" apart. If your spring hangers are only 57" apart then these will not work and I do not have another option for you.

What kind of trailer do you have that's so narrow?

2015 Coachmen Clipper 17bh. Can I just cut down the length of the morryde x-factor cross member?

@Br It would be a whole lot easier to just drill some new holes on one side of the member but you're not allowed to do that either according to MORryde. You'll void their warranty. What issues are you having with your suspension? I can try to address them another way if you could give me some details.
