Do You Have Replacement Bolts for a etrailer Hitch?

To whom it may concern I am missing hardware for a product that was recently given to me, and I was hoping Id be able to reach out for a replacements. It is for the 2020 Nissan Rouge trailer hitch. e98846 The person who gave it to me had neither the bolts nor the Conical toothed washers. Is there any way I could ask for you to send me some new ones, or point me in the direction of a suitable replacement? Thank you for your time

Hey Jon, thanks for all of the information. Our etrailer Hitch item # e98846 requires 5 grade 8 M12-1.25 x 35mm bolts and 5 1/2" conical toothed washers to install on your 2020 Nissan Rogue. The only way I can get these to you is with the Replacement Hardware Kit for Trailer Hitches item # RHK.
You will want to go to the item # RHK product page and type in e98846 in the box that is labeled Hitch Item Number.
I have linked an installation video along with the instructions so you can see how to get the etrailer item # e98846 installed on your 2020 Nissan Rogue.
