I have a Thule Fixpoint Fit Kit 187101 for my 2025 Toyota Corolla Cross. Will this cover fit on that Fit Kit?

The description is a little weird for the Thule Kit Cover for Fixed Point Roof Racks # TH98SA, but I can 100% say they will work with your 187101 Thule Evo Fixpoint and Edge Fixpoint Roof Rack Feet/Fit Kit (our part # TH93KE).

Does the roof rack make too much noise to keep it on full time?

We use the roof rack infrequently so we remove it to improve gas mileage. Car and Driver did one test and found the roof rack reduces fuel efficiency by about 3 mpg.
