Hi there William!
The Redarc Universal Wiring Harness for Redarc Tow-Pro Trailer Brake Controllers # RED69FR will work with the Tow-Pro Liberty Brake Controller # RED24FR and Tow-Pro Elite Brake Controller # RED44FR. It also has blunt cut wires to make splicing into vehicles easier (red: stop light switch - white: ground - blue: brake controller output - black: 12v power). Was there any other info needed?
Also, I see you have a 2025 Toyota RAV4 listed in our fit-guide, is this what you are planning on installing this in?
