Hi, Is the 801 adhesive for vinyl trailer floor suitable for very cold and hot weather?

Yes, it is! The RV Flooring Adhesive for Vinyl Over Wood, Metal, or Concrete item # TS58FR is freeze-thaw stable to 15° F and would have to be heated up to at least 212° F once it has dried and cured.
