Does RV Water Pump Require Turning Off and On Manually

Question:
I’m want to use this pump for my 5 gallon bottle in my van. My question’. While it’s plugged in, is the pump live or do I have to unplug it every time i done using the faucet. In my motorhome pump I live only when I push a button

Hey Diane, so what activates the Seaflo Diaphragm Pump for Boats and RVs # SE96FR is same as other RV water pumps and that's a drop in water pressure like when a faucet is opened. So this may not be an ideal solution for you but it would require basically cutting power to it any time you wanted to turn it off since it wouldn't ever have water pressure built up due to lack of faucet.
