Hey Jim. To replace your LCI model 377199 you can use the Lippert High-Speed Power Stabilizer Jack item # LC369774 or item # LC298707. The Lippert 377199 is no longer available but the item # LC369774 or item # LC298707 are the modern replacements. They come with different power switches but the jacks are identical. If you don't need the power switch, I would just go with the least expensive option.

They measure 78" long and has a 30" lift. The mounting hole spacing on both jacks is 68-11/16" from center-hole to center-hole.

The prices for item # LC369774 and item # LC298707 are available on the right hand side of the product pages.

Why are you needing to replace your 377199 jack?

One side of my existing jack needs a helping hand (push) to get is started going down. It suggested to me that the long screw was stripped but upon closer inspection it doesn't look to be. Currently it works ok as long as I give it a "get started" push for the first 4"'s of travel or so. Your thoughts?

@JamesC What's the motor sound like compared to the other jack? Assuming you have two... Does the pitch change significantly if you don't help the jack get started or when it hits the ground? If that screw was stripped out it wouldn't engage or it would make quite a bit of noise trying to catch. Plus you'd have issues retracting it too.

Motor sounds the same on either jack (forward or aft). I agree that a stripped screw would make retracting difficult too. Just can't think of why else it's doing that.

@JamesC The motor might be going out. We have a replacement item # LC352338. It could be an issue with the wiring and you're not getting enough power. It might even be a lubrication problem. I'd check for any faults or crimped wires, regrease the screw, and just ride it out. I wouldn't replace it or the motor at this point.
