I need just the slide pads for a XR-84 actuator. Can I buy just the pads without having to buy the entire Roller Pin Pad Kit?

No, I am sorry. The only way to purchase the slide pads is with the Replacement Roller/Pin/Pad Kit for Dexter Brake Actuators item # TK71-759-00.
