Can Swagman Exo Aero Rooftop Kayak Roof Rack Attach to 1 inch Diameter Crossbars

Question:
I have a boat with 1inch diameter chrome crossbars spaced at 41. I would like to carry an Aquaglide Chinook 120 inflatable kayak measuring 37inch wide and 12foot long and weighing 27 lbs ideally using those two crossbars. This bracket looks like it might work. Will I be able to clamp it on 1inch diameter crossbars? If not, do you have any other suggestions based on this description and the attached photos. Thanks!

Thank you! Alternatively, I see you also have Malone SeaWing Kayak Roof Rack w/ Tie-Downs - Saddle Style - Clamp On. Would that be better suited for my situation? Note that this is a saltwater environment so the fewer parts that can rust would be best.
