Lippert Centre Point by Trailair Air-Ride Suspension Upgrade—Tandem Axle. Can you add an air compressor system to monitor the RV?

Yes, you can Chris! The Air Lift WirelessONE Compressor System item # AL25980EZ, you were looking at is exactly what you'll need to monitor and maintain the air pressure in your Lippert Center Point item # LC1565391. The compressor kit would have to be installed on your trailer but the remote would be able to reach it from your tow vehicle.
Please note that the Air Lift item # AL25980EZ is a single path system, which means it will keep the air pressure in your Lippert Center Point item # LC1565391 the same on both sides. If you want to adjust the equalizers to different PSI you'll need a dual path wireless compressor like item # AL74000.
