Can Hitch Extender be Used with RV if Ratchet Strap Braces Carrier

Question:
I have a 2022 3500 Ram Promaster winnebego travato and i want to extend the hitch 14” to attach the Yakima EXO swingaway cargo box 14” to clear a box on an Aluminess passenger side rack. My Hitch is bolted to the frame. Do you think that will work with ratchet straps to the swingaway hitch. Thanks Ken Morrow

Hey Ken, are you saying that you'd use a ratchet strap to support the hitch extender like the part # e28YR? That might not be a terrible idea as the extender does at quite a bit of leverage on the hitch but where would you attach it?
