Hey Pat, in order to help you determine what parts you need to convert your EZ Loader boat trailer to disc brakes I would need to know the axle capacity of your trailer as well as the wheel bolt pattern.

In meantime I attached a guide on how to add disc brakes to a trailer as well.

I can tell you that if you have a drum brake actuator right now you would need to swap it to a disc brake one as the two are not interchangeable as they require different PSI ratings.

The axles are #3300 and it has 5 lug pattern and I thought the surge I have was rated with high enough psi to operate disc brakes?

@PatP Thanks for that info! So drum brakes require a lot lower pressure than disc brakes so you would need to at the very least replace the Model 6 actuator's master cylinder with one that was designed for disc brakes. Disc brakes require around 1,600 psi and drum is typically around 1,000 to 1,200 lb. I wish we still carried a disc master cylinder for your actuator as that would have been the easiest solution but we only have drum right now. What we can help with is the disc brake kit that fits your 3,500 lb axle and also has correct wheel bolt pattern like the part # DE66YR.
