Hi Tony; the Race Ramps Combo Ramps # RR-80-10-2 will be able to hold your vehicle on the trailer as long as you don't exceed the capacity of 1,500 lbs per ramp. However, they really aren't designed with towing in mind and haven't been tested for it. There are dynamic forces from bumps, turns, etc. while driving which may lead to the ramps failing and a really bad day with your car/trailer so I don't recommend it.
How much height do you need to clear? Have you considered building up the floor just a bit so you can get the door open? I'm not 100% sure what your setup is like but this seems like the best, safest option unless you need a significant height increase.

Hi Tony, did you have a chance to figure out how much height you need to clear the door? I'm curious if you considered building up the floor a bit to help with your setup. Your experience could really help others facing a similar challenge.
