Troubleshooting Advent Air RV AC Unit that Isn't Working with Dometic Thermostat

Question:

Installed the unit, works great , with exception that it does not shut off when the thermostat signals the temperature is reached. Any thoughts or suggestions. 2015 Winnebago minnie 2201DS Dometic thermostat. Is there something I missed i? Do I need to rest the thermostat?

Did you use the Dometic lower vent assembly with just the top Advent? Unfortunately this type of issue is very common when mixing and matching between AC components and there isn't a great solution aside from just replacing components so that it all matches the same brand. Otherwise the issues get really hard to address and pin down.

Best option would be a new lower vent assembly and wall control part # ACRG15.

Yes, exactly.... That's why I purchased the unit, your video made it seem simple....just swap the upper unit and plug in the 6pin connector. Guess not

@Derek We recently tried to take all of the info down that said that adapter would work but if there's still a video up that has that could you send it to me so that I could have it take down?
