Do You Have a Replacement Bolt for the Anti Rattle Wheel on a Thule Apex Bike Rack

I bought a used Thule Apex rack. It looks like the bolt that holds the anti rattle wheel on has been cut off the rack and there was no wheel included. It wasn’t mentioned and unfortunately I didn’t realize prior to buying it. I bought the replacement wheel and then discovered the bold has been cut and does not extend out past the metal adjustment piece. Can the bolt be replaced?

Thanks for the pictures Nic! I don't have a way to replace that bolt but I do have a solution that'll let you use your Thule Apex Bike Rack like item # TH9025XT. You'll need to drill a 1/2" diameter hole through the shank where it connects to your hitch and then use the TowSmart Hitch Receiver Locking Pin w/Cap item # TS24VR.
