What model of pin box do you currently have? The MORryde Cushioned 5th Wheel Pin Box # MR64VR you were looking at has a total height of 11.35" (pictured below) so you wouldn't see much of a difference from a standard pin box.

Unless you can mount that pin box in a higher set of bolt holes there's no way to adjust the the height difference of your 5th wheel trailer without raising the axles. This can be done by replacing the leaf spring hangers with longer ones, using a Correct Track lift kit like item # RR23QX, or by using an Over-Under conversion kit like item # K71-385-00 for 3" axles or item # K71-384-00 for 2-3/8" axles. The over under kits only work if your leaf springs are below your axles.

The easiest option out of these would be to use the Correct Track Kit item # RR23QX, which will raise your suspension either 1-1/4" or 2-1/4" in height.
