Hello Rob, thanks for reaching out. The Kodiak Disc Brake Caliper # KDBC225DAC is exactly what we recommend for replacing the Tie Down 46304 calipers. We have confirmed on multiple occasions that the Kodiak caliper is a suitable replacement For the Tie Down 46304. The caliper comes with a set of ceramic brake pads.
