Can this rack be used with carbon bikes?

Hey Nikku, the Hollywood Racks Trail Rider part # HR200Z would not be ideal for a carbon frame bike because it secures the bike to the rack by grabbing it by the bike frame. Instead you'd need a bike rack that secures the bike by grabbing the tire like the Benton Shifts and Grins part # B54FR which is similar priced but also a really nice rack.

Jameson, Unfortunately, this is a bad replacement suggestion as I have a 1.25 Class1 inch hitch, not a two inch hitch.
