Will Advent Air for Dometic Units Work to Replace Just Top Portion of Dometic Setup

Question:

i have a dometic h541816a721co and says an advent dom 150 will plug and play but there is no control board in the advent the dometic has dip switches and control hard wired how will this work plug and play i dont see it they are wired completely different

Hey Patrick, the reality is that it won't work. We recently found out that none of the Advent air units that are listed as replacement top units for other brand units actually work consistently. Only solution would be a kit that replaces everything like the Advent Air part # ACM150C.
