Is this wiring harness a plug-n-play? My 2022 Chevy Colorado is already set up for it to be plugged in no wire cutting needed.

Hey Julie! The Redarc # 331-TPH-010 is plug and play. However, it only fits Chevy models up through 2019/2020. I understand you have that brake controller plug but it doesn't look like anyone makes a custom harness for your 2022 Colorado. Redarc even has a review on their site for this wiring harness where someone tried to use it on a 2022 Sierra 1500 and had to cut off the end and splice since it didn't match up.
Based on that information the Redarc Tow-Pro Liberty Brake Controller w/ Universal Wiring Harness # RED52VR is going to be the best option. This will eliminate the need to cut the connector off before splicing into your factory wiring. I attached an installation video for your reference.
