Is there a solution similar to CSS-1125F for the rear of a 2019 Honda Odyssey?

No I do not, but I have something else. The only option for rear end support for your 2019 Honda Odyssey are the Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System item # T26FR. These replace your factory bump stops to help address sagging in the rear end. They only engage when the rear end of your van has weight placed on it.
