It sounds like you're needing to replace some parts on the Demco Air Force One # SM99243.
I believe the Replacement Cylinder Cable # DM56VR includes one or two of the parts you mentioned, and then I think part number 4 in the linked photo is the mounting plate? We don't currently carry that part, but if you can confirm the part numbers you need by referencing their numbers in the linked instructions, I can see about getting them added to our site for you.
