I looked up the specs for the scissor jacks that came on your 2018 Scamp 13 ft, and our etrailer Scissor Stabilizer Jacks w/ Handle and Drill Adapter – 24" Lift – 5,000 lbs – Qty 2 # e56VV will make an excellent replacement!
