Question:

We have a 2017 24G Winnebago. It has a High Pointe EC028BMR microwave that we would like to replace. We need help finding a unit that will fit. The High Pointe HP36ZR looks good, but might not fit. The factory manual specifications for the size of the old EC028BMR microwave are wrong. Book says 20-1/2 long. It measures 17-1/4 long. Book says 13-8/25 high, It measures 14-3/4 high. So I dont believe the book measurements for the replacement High Pointe HP36ZR. Length is the main issue, 17 would fit, 20 will not. Do you have any way to find the actual length of a High Pointe HP36ZR?

Hey Frank! Our measurements for the High Pointe Built-In Convection Microwave with Air Fryer item # HP36ZR match the factory ones. We take our own when we get the products in and take pictures for our website. It measures 20-1/2" wide x 12-7/8" tall x 20" deep.

When you say the length is off are you meaning the width? The only convection microwave we have that is close to 17" wide is the Furrion item # FR77AD. It measures 19" wide x 13-3/8" tall x 15-1/8" deep.
