Air Fryer that Fits Winnebago 22D

Updated 02/16/2026 | Published 12/23/2025

Question:

I would like to replace my Winnebago 22d views existing built in microwave oven with a unit that also has an air fryer. My rough opening is 22.375w x 17h x 22d. What do you suggest?

Hey Rich, the High Pointe Microwave with built in Air Fryer part # HP36ZR that you referenced would be perfect as it has the air fryer function and will fit the cut out dimension you have. Do you have an air fryer at home you use a lot?

It works good for me. I can load the tray with chicken legs and they air fry crispy and tender. The pizza function makes a great homemade naan bread pizza with an automatic timer allowing me to focus on hockey or the news without burning stuff

@Robert oh nice! Yeah we have one at my house and it looks like a little R2D2 but I always just resort to the microwave haha.

I believe the trim kit for that unit is 24x17 and my rough opening is 22 3/8 x 17. The minimum rough opening is stated at 22 1/2. Will the 17 inch high trim kit adequately cover my rough opening.

@RichM Yes it will cover the opening without any gaps so it would work great.
