Can Curt Weight Distribution Shank Be Used In Rise Position

Question:
Hello, I was wondering if I can flip the CURT 17132 hitch upside down to use as a “rise” hitch? I have a husky centerline attached to it. I just purchased a new toy hauler, and it sits nose down behind my truck. I just want to make sure that it is safe to mount the CURT 17132 upside down sticking up to produce a rise as my truck is a little low in the rear. Thank you!
