Dimensions of the Brophy Stake Pocket Tie Down Anchors

Question:

I’m trying to find d-ring tie downs for stake pockets on a trailer like this: Brophy Stake Pocket Tie Down Anchor - Black Powder Coat - 2-5/16 D-Ring - 4,000 lbs Most of them are 5.5” from the bottom of the flange to the bottom of the part, and my stake pockets are 5.25”, so none of them fit. It looks like this Brophy one might work, I was hoping it would be a little more snug, though. Do you have any that are 4” wide or just under, 1.5” thick, and are 5.25” from the bottom of the flange to the top of the first pin hole?

Hey Bob, I went out to the warehouse and measured the Brophy Stake Pocket Tie Down Anchor # TL1B and unfortunately think this one is going to be a bit too long for you.

From the bottom of the tie down to the underside of the flange measures 8", 3 5/16" wide, and is 1 9/16" thick.

We also have the Stake Pocket Tie-Down Anchors # PK-SPTD which is a bit closer at 5" long x 2 3/4" wide, and 1 3/8" thick, but nothing matching exactly what you need.

If there is anything else I can do for you, please feel free to drop a comment and let me know!

Hey Bob, did the Stake Pocket Tie-Down Anchors end up fitting your trailer’s stake pockets any better? Knowing how they worked out could help others looking for the same size match.
