Question:
Hi, My boat trailer has the fulton fold away. The brake line was caught in the hinge when closed and damaged. How do I get to the brake line ends to remove and replace the damaged hose? Thanks,

Hello John, thanks for reaching out. Generally the brake line would be coiled inside the stationary part of the tongue, so you can pull it out and service it when needed. If you are unable to pull the line out to replace it, I am afraid there is really no easy way to get inside the tongue to loosen the lines. Unless you can find someone with some really small hands lol, they only way to replace things would be to pull the lines out the back of the tongue and start over.
Make sure you use a flexible brake line like part # T0777300. You may want to add some wire loom around the line to protect it.

Hey John, how did things go replacing the damaged brake hose on your Fulton fold-away trailer tongue? Did the flexible brake line and wire loom setup make the job easier? Your update could make it easier for others dealing with the same repair.
