Do You Have a Torsion Axle Suspension System?

Updated 10/27/2025 | Published 03/03/2025

Question:

I need to build several very low profile trailers. I would prefer torsion suspension. I need to keep the tire size under 18 or less. the loads will be under 8000 pounds. What can you suggest? thank you

Hey Mark! We do not sell traditional torsion axles but I do have a comparable option. It is the Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension - Standard Duty item # TASR7KS01. This is an independent suspension/axle system that bolts directly to your trailers frame. They have a 7,000 lbs capacity each.

I have linked an review video below that will give you a great walk through of this system. If you're interested, I would just need to know what lug pattern you're going to be using for your wheels. Feel free to add this information in the comment box below.

Hey Mark, how did things go with the Timbren axle-less suspension for your low-profile trailers? Were you able to match it with a wheel setup that keeps your tire size under 18 inches? Your update could make it easier for others planning similar builds.
