Will the Gen-Y Hitch Gooseneck Trailer Hitch w/ Offset Fit the Pucks on a 2021 Ram 3500?

Will this Gen Y work in the pucks on 2021 Ram 3500? If so in addition to the two pucks closest to cab being used is the center puck used.

Yes, it will! The Gen-Y Hitch Gooseneck Trailer Hitch for Dodge Ram OEM Puck Systems item # GY83XR is designed specifically to fit in the puck system of the Ram trucks. It'll work great with your 2021 3500 and yes it does use the center puck.
