It fits the following trucks:
2003 - 2008 Dodge Ram Pickup
2002 - 2002 Dodge Ram Pickup 1500
2009 - 2009 Dodge Ram Pickup 2500 and 3500
I checked with our vendors and we do not have a 5th wheel tailgate for a 2021 Ram 3500.
