Question:

i have a 2020 f450 Cab Chasis 84 in CTA distance. I am looking for a gooseneck hitch along with a rear receiever for the truck. Prior to installing a flat bed on the truck. I has the rear 40 gallon gas tank and drivers side def tank. what do yall recomend, i would like around 25,000 towing capasity at the gooseneck hitch for built in safety, i would enjoy the abilityto convert the gooseneck to a fifth wheel hitch if needed such as some of the BW products

Hey John, for cab and chassis trucks like your 2020 F-450 there aren't any custom fit gooseneck hitches made so you'll need to fabricate something. For that the best solution is to start with the part # BWGNRK1500 since you are wanting ability to at some point tow a 5th wheel and like B and W.

Since flat bed trucks typically have a recessed gooseneck you'd need the shorter Companion hitch part # BWRVK3050.
