I recommend picking up the Thule WingBar Evo Roof Rack for Fixed Mounting Points # TH28PG for your 2024 Lexus RX 500h because it installs directly to your flush rails, and it will sit a little higher so you should have enough clearance for your panoramic roof.

@MarkB I'd love to help you out with this, but I'll need you to take a measurement on your Lexus before I'm able to find one that fits and lets you open up your rear hatch. The way this Thule roof rack installs is via bolts in the flush roof rails. The anchoring locations are on "doors" that open up on the flush rails. According to my research, those doors should be spaced out 25-1/4" from each other, but what I need to know is the distance from the front bolt location back to the line where your roof and hatch meet. It doesn't seem like any of the roof rack manufacturers have that dimension yet, so if you can get it for me, I'll be able to make sure the roof box has enough room for hatch clearance.
