Does 2022 Ford F-450 Have Electric Over Hydraulic Mode

Question:

Considering Morryde IS installation and was told that my truck needs to have an electric over hydraulic option...I have a 2022 F450 and have not seen it nor can i find in the owners manual Can you tell me what it is and if you have that available for my truck? Thanks! Dave

Hey Dave, looks like you are interested in going to the MORryde independent suspension setup which does come with disc brakes so an EOH compatible brake controller is needed. Modern integrated brake controllers like what you have in your 2022 Ford F-450 do have hydraulic modes. I verified that this is true for your truck's controller as well.

Go to features, towing, select an active trailer, then select brake type electric over hydraulic.

Hey Dave, how did things go when you set your F-450’s brake controller to the electric over hydraulic mode? Your update could make it easier for others switching to the MORryde suspension and disc brakes.
