Can etrailer Scissor Stabilizer Jacks e74RV Be Used For Lifting Trailer?
Updated 10/30/2025 | Published 02/11/2025 >
Question:
7500 lbs apiece? So they have a combined capacity of 30000 lbs? Can I use them as service jacks, like for changing tires or repairing suspension?

Hello Ricardo, thanks for reaching out. The etrailer Scissor Stabilizer Jacks # e74RV are rated for 7,500 lbs apiece, so you get a combined support capacity of 30,000 lbs. That said, these jacks should be used for stabilizing the trailer only and should not be used for lifting the trailer for maintenance. For that, a better option is to use a bottle jack such as part # ALL647503, along with a few jack stands.
