I have a 2022 Puma Unleashed 383dss, pin box LCI804435. Which Reese goose box do I need? Trailer max weight is 13.5k.

Hey Sean, thanks for the additional information! I just spoke with Lippert and your 2022 Puma Unleashed 383DSS has a 1621 pin box. The correct Reese Goosebox is the item # RP94716.
You will also need the Reese Safety Chain Kit with Clevis Hooks item # RP49151. These are required by law for a gooseneck connection and do not come with the goose box.
