What is Height Above Crossbars When Thule Motion 3 Low Profile Box is Installed

Question:
For this cargo box, what is the height above the crossbars to the top of the cargo box? I am trying to determine if this will fit on my vehicle and clear the entrance to my garage. Thules website states that the height above crossbars is 12inch but your description states Distance from top of crossbar to top of cargo box: 13-15/16. Can you please explain the difference and help identify the correct dimension for me?

Hey Alex, this is a great question but Thule is accurate. The height above the crossbars on the Thule Motion 3 XL part # TH37PN is 12 inches. I am not sure why we had the wrong info listed there but I sent an update to have it fixed. How much clearance do you have?
