Will Moki Door Step Work on 2011 Chevy Equinox with Square/Flat Edged Door Latches

HI Im in the search for helping to get stuff to the roof of my car. I have a 2011 Chevrolet Equinox Ltz and wondering if Moki Door Step will fit my car since the lach is not completely a U shape. Thank you

Yes, the Rightline Gear Moki Door Step # RL100660 features a universal design, and as far as we know, it can be used with nearly any vehicle on the road.
I tried to find a photo of the door latch on your generation Equinox, but it's surprisingly hard to find one. That being said, from what I found, you may be referring to the fact that the "u-shaped" door latch on the Equinox actually has a more flat/square look instead of the traditional rounded u-shape. This should still work well with the Moki Step, as we've found other vehicle's with the same style door latch have had success with it (see photo).
