Does the Thule Motion 3 Cargo Box Fit the Factory Roof Rack on a 2024 Hyundai Palisade?

Will this fit a 2024 Palisade roof rack.

Yes, it will Steven! The Thule Motion 3 Low Profile Rooftop Cargo Box item # TH97PN fits almost all crossbars so long as they can be spread out between 21-13/16" - 36-9/16". It looks like the factory ones slide up and down on side rails so you'll just want to make sure yours are spread far enough to accommodate the mounting clamps inside the cargo box.
I have attached a picture below and a review video so you can see the features of this box demonstrated and it'll give you an idea of what the cargo box will look like installed.
