I went ahead and decided on the Rhino Rack 2500 DS1375B and the DK432. Does this fit?

You are definitely correct in saying that the Rhino-Rack ROC25 Roof Rack for Naked Roofs - Vortex Aero Crossbars # RR26XR fits your glass, naked roof on your 2015 Ford Edge Sport. As far as being able to open your roof with the ROC25 installed, there is a way to conclude if you have enough clearance height with the crossbars. i confirmed with my contact at Rhino-Rack that the height from the pads to the bottom of the crossbars is 2-1/2 inches tall. In order to confirm if you have enough clearance, I recommend measuring the height of your glass roof when it opens.
It is important to note that if you have your roof open with any crossbar system installed, there will be some wind noise.
