We haven't done a test fit on your 2022 Toyota RAV4 Prime so don't have that info offhand, but it's pretty easy to figure out. You'll just need to take a quick measurement to see if your rear hatch can fully open without interference when using the Thule Motion 3 Low Profile Rooftop Cargo Box # TH47PN.
All you need to do is measure from the center of your RAV4's front crossbar to the line where the roof and your hatch meet. If this measurement is 54-3/4 inches or more, then your rear hatch will open without interference using the Motion 3 XXL Low Profile # TH47PN.
If that's too much, there's another option with less clearance needed to fully open the rear hatch with the Thule Motion 3 Low Profile Rooftop Cargo Box # TH37PN.
The # TH37PN requires 52-1/8 Inches from the front crossbar to the hatch, and is smaller than the # TH47PN, so you'll have a bit less cargo space. That said, if fully opening the rear hatch is something you need, this may be a better option for you.
