Will Redarc Tow-Pro Liberty Fit 2017 Chevrolet Colorado

Question:

I just watched one of your videos, and it recommended a RedArc tow pro liberty, trailer brake controller, for my 2017 Chevy Colorado. When I ed that unit to see the information on it, it says that this unit doesn’t fit my vehicle.

Hey Steven! I'm happy to report that the Redarc Tow-Pro Liberty Brake Controller # RED52VR will fit your 2017 Colorado. Sometimes when there is no custom wiring harness our fitguide picks up vehicles and says it is not a fit. I apologize for any confusion. Realistically, any brake controller fits any vehicle with a 7-way installed.

The Liberty is my favorite brake controller and a great choice for your truck. This version comes with the universal wiring harness so you will splice it into the wiring under your dash assuming you have the factory tow package.
